In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Franklin Indians basketball team scored a big 60-19 triumph over the Sparrows Point Pointers.

The Indians (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Mt. Hebron smashed Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD), 69-56, in a league contest.
