California High School Soccer - Lakeview Charter nudges George Washington Prep
December 11, 2024: Los Angeles, CA 90047 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Lakeview Charter Lions (Sylmar, CA) and the host George Washington Prep Generals (Los Angeles, CA), saw Lakeview Charter's soccer squad hold off George Washington Prep by a count of 3-2.
The Lions (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Crenshaw tipped Horace Mann UCLA Community (Los Angeles, CA), 8-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Generals battle the Animo Pat Brown Gryphons (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, December 13. George Washington Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Gryphons enter the battle with a 4-1 record after their 10-0 non-league win over University Pathways Public Service Academy (Los Angeles, CA).
