December 11, 2024: Elk Grove, CA 95624 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Johnson Warriors (Sacramento, CA) and the host Monterey Trail Mustangs (Elk Grove, CA), saw Johnson's soccer squad knock off Monterey Trail by a count of 2-0.
The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Campus (Sacramento, CA). The Warriors enter the Greater Sacramento League battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, West Campus Kennedy (Sacramento, CA), 2-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Mustangs battle the Kennedy Cougars (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, December 13. Monterey Trail will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 5-2 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Laguna Creek (Elk Grove, CA).
