In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Estrella Foothills Wolves basketball team scored a good 80-70 triumph over the Safford Bulldogs.

The Wolves (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Winslow (Winslow, AZ). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Winslow was topped by ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ), 73-49, in a non-league contest.
