December 11, 2025: South Riding, VA 20152 In Thursday's non-league test, the Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) basketball squad got by the visiting Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA), by a score of 57-52.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Lightridge Bolts (Aldie, VA) in a Potomac bout, on Tuesday, December 16. Freedom will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Bolts go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 76-51 non-league loss to Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA).
With the loss, Woodgrove falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Wakefield (Arlington, VA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 13. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Wakefield lost 73-41 in their recent league test against Yorktown (Arlington, VA)
