December 11, 2025: Turner, ME 04282 The Leavitt Hornets basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Gray-New Gloucester Patriots to 62 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Hornets now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Oceanside for a B South game on Saturday, December 13.
With the loss, Gray-New Gloucester falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 13. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 3-0. Medomak Valley won 73-27 in their recent league game against Morse (Bath, ME)
