December 11, 2025: St. Paul, MN 55106 Johnson Governors (St. Paul, MN) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN), 77-52 in a non-league contest.
The Governors (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mankato East (Mankato, MN). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Mankato East was trounced by Century (Rochester, MN), 68-52, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Crusaders face the New Life Academy Eagles (Woodbury, MN) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 12. St. Croix Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 0-2 record after their 60-57 non-league loss to St. Francis (St. Francis, MN).
