Lamar Consolidated Mustangs (Rosenberg, TX) backers went home thrilled Thursday as they saw their basketball team thwart the visiting Pasadena Eagles (Pasadena, TX), 41-30 in a non-league contest.

The Mustangs (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Northbrook (Houston, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 6-5 record.
