The Yucaipa Thunderbirds walloped the host Norco Cougars basketball team by a tally of 58-37 in Thursday's non-league game.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Summit for a non-league game on Monday, December 15. Yucaipa will play a SkyHawks team coming off a 55-45 non-league win over Citrus Hill (Perris, CA). The SkyHawks record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Norco falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, December 12.
