In Thursday's non-league test, the Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Wyoming Valley West Spartans (Plymouth, PA), by a final score of 43-22.

Next, the Comets clash with the Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 12. Abington Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record.

The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Dunmore (Dunmore, PA). The Bucks go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Dunmore crushed Valley View (Archbald, PA), 57-44, in a non-league bout.
