The Bertie Falcons (Windsor, NC) basketball crushed the visiting KIPP Pride Pride (Gaston, NC), 50-17 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Falcons now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Washington County for a non-league test on Friday, December 12. Bertie will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 82-32 non-league loss to Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.

The Pride (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Roanoke Rapids (Roanoke Rapids, NC). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.
