Indiana High School Basketball - Maconaquah overwhelms Tri-Central

December 11, 2025: Bunker Hill, IN 46914

The Maconaquah Braves basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Tri-Central Trojans to 30 in the Braves non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Braves now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carroll for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 16. Maconaquah will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 75-23 non-league win over Frontier (Chalmers, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 9-0.

The Trojans (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Eastern (Greentown, IN). The Comets come into the Hoosier Heartland outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Eastern routed Northwestern (Kokomo, IN), 40-36, in a non-league bout.
