Texas High School Basketball - Rocksprings routs Santa Anna
December 11, 2025: Santa Anna, TX 76878 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Rocksprings Angoras basketball squad scored a decisive 44-19 victory over the Santa Anna Mountaineers.
With the victory, Rocksprings upgrades its record to 5-15 on the year. The Angoras travel to Zephyr (Zephyr, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, December 12. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 4-3.
The Mountaineers now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host May for a 1A Region III District 21 outing on Tuesday, December 16. Santa Anna will face a Tigers squad coming off a 62-43 non-league win over Brady (Brady, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 12-5.
