Louisiana High School Soccer - St. Joseph's Academy knocks off Zachary
December 11, 2025: Zachary, LA 70791 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers (Baton Rouge, LA) and the host Zachary Broncos (Zachary, LA), saw St. Joseph's Academy's soccer squad triumph over Zachary by a count of 5-0.
The Redstickers (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA). The Cubs come into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Mt. Carmel was overwhelmed by Newman (New Orleans, LA), 2-1, in a non-league match.
The Broncos now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Walker for a non-league match on Saturday, December 13. Zachary will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-5.
