Kentucky High School Basketball - Atherton tops Bullitt Central
December 12, 2022: Shepherdsville, KY 40165 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Atherton Ravens (Louisville, KY) and the host Bullitt Central Cougars (Shepherdsville, KY), saw Atherton's basketball squad knock off Bullitt Central by a tally of 55-42.
With the victory, Atherton improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Ravens host Moore (Louisville, KY) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 2-3.
Next up, the Cougars play the Southern Trojans (Louisville, KY) in a District 23 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Bullitt Central will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 68-52 league loss to Evangel Christian (Louisville, KY).
