The Wolcott College Prep (Chicago, IL) varsity basketball team lost Monday's home conference game against Beacon Academy (Evanston, IL) by a score of 55-46.
The Beacon Academy Trailblazers basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Wolcott School Wolves to 46 in the Trailblazers league triumph on Monday.
The Trailblazers now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park for a Lakeshore contest on Wednesday, December 14. Beacon Academy will battle a Hawks team coming off a 55-35 non-league loss to Universal (Bridgeview, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 4-6.
The Wolves (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus (Chicago, IL). The Ravens enter the Lakeshore contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus ran past British International School of Chicago (Chicago, IL), 66-36, in a league contest.
