Alabama High School Basketball - Demopolis knocked off by Hillcrest
December 12, 2022: Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 The Hillcrest Patriots basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Demopolis Tigers to 59 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Monday.
The Patriots now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hewitt-Trussville for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. Hillcrest will battle a Huskies team coming off a 61-40 non-league loss to Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Huskies record now stands at 9-4.
The Tigers (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Choctaw County (Butler, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Choctaw County was defeated by Greene County (Eutaw, AL), 49-30, in a non-league contest.
