Michigan High School Basketball - Hartford nips Martin
December 12, 2022: Hartford, MI 49057 Hartford Indians (Hartford, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Martin Clippers (Martin, MI), 49-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hartford upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Indians host Decatur (Decatur, MI) to play the Raiders in a Southwest 10 bout on Friday, December 16. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Decatur lost 70-28 in their recent league bout against Centreville (Centreville, MI)
Next up, the Clippers play the Gobles Tigers (Gobles, MI) in a Southwestern - Central bout, on Friday, December 16. Martin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 48-20 non-league loss to Lawton (Lawton, MI).
