Louisiana High School Basketball - Mentorship Academy topped by Holy Cross
December 12, 2022: New Orleans, LA 70117 The Holy Cross Tigers basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Mentorship Academy Sharks to 48 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chalmette for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. Holy Cross will battle a Owls team coming off a 51-40 non-league loss to Slidell (Slidell, LA). The Owls record now stands at 3-6.
The Sharks (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Glen Oaks (Baton Rouge, LA). The Panthers come into the 3A District 6 contest with a 7-1 record.
