Wisconsin High School Basketball - Potosi crushes Iowa-Grant
December 12, 2022: Potosi, WI 53820 Potosi Chieftains (Potosi, WI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Iowa-Grant Panthers (Livingston, WI), 72-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Potosi upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI) to play the Timberwolves in a Six Rivers - West bout on Friday, December 16. The Timberwolves come into the bout with a record of 4-1. River Ridge won 63-55 in their recent league bout against Benton (Benton, WI)
Next up, the Panthers play the Fennimore Golden Eagles (Fennimore, WI) in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities bout, on Thursday, December 15. Iowa-Grant will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 59-45 non-league win over Highland (Highland, WI).
