Washington High School Basketball - Lynden overwhelms Oak Harbor
December 12, 2022: Lynden, WA 98264 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) and the visiting Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA), saw Lynden's basketball squad wallop Oak Harbor by a tally of 62-30.
With the victory, Lynden improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Lions host Squalicum (Bellingham, WA) to confront the Storm in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Storm come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Squalicum won 61-52 in their recent league challenge against Ferndale (Ferndale, WA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. Oak Harbor will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 56-47 league loss to Bellingham (Bellingham, WA).
