December 12, 2022: Oconto, WI 54153 Oconto Blue Devils (Oconto, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Menominee Indian Eagles (Keshena, WI), 91-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Oconto upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Gibraltar (Fish Creek, WI) to clash with the Vikings in a Packerland bout on Thursday, December 15. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Gibraltar lost 79-41 in their recent league bout against Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran (Green Bay, WI)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Wittenberg-Birnamwood Chargers (Wittenberg, WI) in a Central Wisconsin - East challenge, on Friday, December 16. Menominee Indian will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 68-54 league loss to Bonduel (Bonduel, WI).
