Jackson Vikings (Jackson, MI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Sexton Big Reds (Lansing, MI), 78-58 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Jackson upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Adrian (Adrian, MI) to play the Maples in a bout on Thursday, December 15. The Maples come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Adrian lost 60-13 in their recent non-league bout against St. Francis de Sales (Toledo, OH)

Next up, the Big Reds play the Adrian Maples (Adrian, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Sexton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
