Pennsylvania High School Basketball - New Brighton overwhelmed by Ambridge
December 12, 2022: Ambridge, PA 15003 The New Brighton Lions basketball team (New Brighton, PA), was overwhelmed 57-9 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA)
The Bridgers now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quaker Valley for a WPIAL 4A 2 battle on Monday, January 2.
The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (Ellwood City, PA). The Wolverine come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Lincoln trounced Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA), 45-36, in a non-league battle.
