Minnesota High School Basketball - Barnum overwhelms Cherry
December 12, 2022: Barnum, MN 55707 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN) and the visiting Cherry Tigers (Iron, MN), saw Barnum's basketball squad wallop Cherry by a tally of 66-36.
With the victory, Barnum improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bombers travel to Ogilvie (Ogilvie, MN) to confront the Lions in a A Section 5 challenge on Monday, January 9. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Ogilvie won 68-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Hinckley-Finlayson (Hinckley, MN)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Deer River Warriors (Deer River, MN) in a A Section 7 challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Cherry will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
