The Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts basketball team (Chillicothe, IL), dropped 38-29 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Olympia Spartans (Stanford, IL)

The Spartans now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pleasant Plains for a Sangamo battle on Thursday, December 15. Olympia will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 54-22 non-league win over Normal University (Normal, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-3.
