Iowa High School Basketball - North Mahaska winner over Prairie City-Monroe
December 12, 2022: New Sharon, IA 50207 In Monday's non-league outing, the North Mahaska Warhawks (New Sharon, IA) basketball squad felled the visiting Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs (Monroe, IA), by a margin of 51-41.
The Warhawks (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Montezuma (Montezuma, IA). The Braves go into the South Iowa Cedar outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Montezuma thwarted B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA), 69-13, in a league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Perry for a Heart of Iowa outing on Tuesday, December 13. Prairie City-Monroe will play a Bluejays squad coming off a 61-38 league loss to Roland-Story (Story City, IA). The Bluejays record now stands at 2-3.
