Illinois High School Basketball - Phoenix Military ripped by Comer
December 12, 2022: Chicago, IL 60619 The Comer Catamounts basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Phoenix Military Firebird to 20 in the Catamounts non-league triumph on Monday.
The Catamounts now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mansueto for a contest on Saturday, December 17. Comer will battle a Leopards team coming off a 54-26 league loss to Muchin College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Leopards record now stands at 1-1.
The Firebird (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Little Village (Chicago, IL). The Phoenix enter the contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Little Village triumphed over Comer (Chicago, IL), 67-33, in a non-league contest.
