With the victory, Deer Creek-Lamont improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Covington-Douglas (Covington, OK) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-5.
