Minnesota High School Basketball - Fergus Falls can't hold off Apollo
December 12, 2023: Fergus Falls, MN 56537 The Apollo Eagles basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Fergus Falls Otters to 56 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hutchinson for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 14. Apollo will battle a Tigers team coming off a 72-68 non-league win over Dassel-Cokato (Cokato, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.
The Otters (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Peter (St. Peter, MN). The Saints come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, St. Peter edged Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN), 88-58, in a non-league contest.
