December 12, 2023: Milpitas, CA 95035 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) and the host Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA), saw Carlmont's basketball squad hold off Milpitas by a tally of 46-43.
With the victory, Carlmont improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Scots host Westmoor (Daly City, CA) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 15. The Rams go into the test with a record of 3-4. Westmoor lost 61-58 in their recent non-league test against El Camino (South San Francisco, CA)
The Trojans now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Woodside for a non-league test on Friday, December 15. Milpitas will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 49-48 non-league win over Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-2.
