Kansas High School Basketball - Macksville topped by Central Christian
December 12, 2023: Macksville, KS 67557 The Central Christian Cougars basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Macksville Mustangs to 64 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caldwell for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Central Christian will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 42-30 non-league loss to Conway Springs (Conway Springs, KS). The Bluejays record now stands at 2-3.
The Mustangs (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Stafford (Stafford, KS). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Stafford dropped by Cunningham (Cunningham, KS), 57-34, in a non-league contest.
