Texas High School Basketball - Sabine Pass crushes Chester
December 12, 2023: Chester, TX 75936 Sabine Pass Sharks (Sabine Pass, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Chester Yellowjackets (Chester, TX), 84-37 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Sabine Pass upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Sharks host Lighthouse HomeSchool (Port Arthur, TX) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 2-5. Lighthouse HomeSchool lost 62-57 in their recent non-league bout against Veritas Classical Academy (Beaumont, TX)
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Goodrich Hornets (Goodrich, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 28 bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Chester will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.
