Virginia High School Basketball - Fork Union Military Academy crushes Fishburne Military

Fork Union Military Academy Blue Devils (Fork Union, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA), 69-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Fork Union Military Academy upgrades its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 5-3. Model Secondary School for the Deaf lost 65-44 in their recent league bout against Smith Jewish Day School (Rockville, MD)

Next up, the Caissons play the The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Fishburne Military will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 85-24 non-league win over Boys' Home (Covington, VA).
