South Dakota High School Basketball - Hamlin overwhelms Flandreau
December 12, 2023: Flandreau, SD 57028 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hamlin Chargers (Hayti, SD) and the host Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD), saw Hamlin's basketball squad wallop Flandreau by a tally of 68-27.
With the victory, Hamlin improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Chargers host Milbank (Milbank, SD) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Milbank lost 58-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Clark/Willow Lake (Clark, SD)
Next up, the Fliers confront the Beresford Watchdogs (Beresford, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 14. Flandreau will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Watchdogs come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 87-63 league loss to Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD).
