Kentucky High School Basketball - Roger Bacon knocked off by Holy Cross
December 12, 2023: Covington, KY 41015 The Holy Cross Indians basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Roger Bacon Spartans to 56 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Holy Cross will battle a Titans team coming off a 63-34 league win over Burgin (Burgin, KY). The Titans record now stands at 5-2.
The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Clark Montessori (Cincinnati, OH). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Clark Montessori was defeated by St. Bernard-Elmwood Place (St. Bernard, OH), 59-54, in a non-league contest.
