The Lorenzo Hornets basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Whiteface Antelopes to 41 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hornets now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Home for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Lorenzo will battle a Leopards team coming off a 63-44 non-league loss to Seminole (Seminole, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 3-3.

The Antelopes (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Springlake-Earth (Earth, TX). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Springlake-Earth was routed by Olton (Olton, TX), 61-44, in a non-league contest.
