Colorado High School Basketball - Northfield crushes Standley Lake
December 12, 2023: Westminster, CO 80021 Northfield Nighthawks (Denver, CO) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Standley Lake Gators (Westminster, CO), 69-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Northfield upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Nighthawks travel to Columbine (Littleton, CO) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 0-4. Columbine lost 76-65 in their recent non-league bout against Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO)
Next up, the Gators play the Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Standley Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 68-57 non-league win over Wheat Ridge (Wheat Ridge, CO).
