Florida High School Basketball - South Lake can't hold off Ocoee

The Ocoee Knights basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting South Lake Eagles to 66 in the Knights non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evans for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Ocoee will battle a Trojans team coming off a 67-66 non-league loss to Olympia (Orlando, FL). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.

The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Leesburg (Leesburg, FL). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Leesburg edged East Ridge (Clermont, FL), 76-28, in a non-league contest.
