Texas High School Basketball - West Oso nips Tuloso-Midway

West Oso Bears (Corpus Christi, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Tuloso-Midway Warriors (Corpus Christi, TX), 61-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Oso upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Bears travel to Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Calallen lost 59-36 in their recent non-league bout against Incarnate Word Academy (Corpus Christi, TX)

Next up, the Warriors play the Santa Gertrudis Academy Lions (Kingsville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Tuloso-Midway will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 66-55 non-league loss to Bishop (Bishop, TX).
