December 12, 2023: Alex, OK 73002 Alex Longhorns (Alex, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fletcher Wildcats (Fletcher, OK), 57-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Alex upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Elmore City-Pernell (Elmore City, OK) to play the Badgers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Badgers go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Elmore City-Pernell won 57-47 in their recent non-league bout against Wynnewood (Wynnewood, OK)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Verden Tigers (Verden, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Fletcher will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 46-24 non-league win over Gracemont (Gracemont, OK).
