North Carolina High School Basketball - Forest Hills ripped by Porter Ridge

The Porter Ridge Pirates basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Forest Hills Yellow Jackets to 18 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pirates now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Providence for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Porter Ridge will meet a Panthers team coming off a 58-52 league loss to Butler (Matthews, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-5.

The Yellow Jackets (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Mount Pleasant was routed by Concord (Concord, NC), 41-37, in a non-league contest.
