Minnesota High School Basketball - Glencoe-Silver Lake topped by St. Peter
December 12, 2023: St. Peter, MN 56082 The St. Peter Saints basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers to 52 in the Saints non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Saints now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Worthington for a AAA Section 2 contest on Friday, December 15. St. Peter will battle a Trojans team coming off a 61-38 league loss to Marshall (Marshall, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 0-5.
The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Fire come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Holy Family Catholic prevailed over Como Park (St. Paul, MN), 66-63, in a non-league contest.
