The Loganville Red Devils basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Lanier Longhorns to 39 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Red Devils now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a AAAAA Region 8 contest on Friday, December 15. Loganville will battle a Patriots team coming off a 63-38 league loss to Eastside (Covington, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-4.

The Longhorns (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, West Forsyth edged Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA), 76-18, in a non-league contest.
