December 12, 2023: Marion, IN 46953 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the New Haven Bulldogs (New Haven, IN) and the host Marion Giants (Marion, IN), saw New Haven's basketball squad overcome Marion by a tally of 47-30.
With the victory, New Haven improves its record to 1-10 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Bellmont (Decatur, IN) to confront the Braves in a Northeast 8 challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Bellmont won 48-30 in their recent league challenge against East Noble (Kendallville, IN)
Next up, the Giants confront the Kokomo Wildkats (Kokomo, IN) in a North Central challenge, on Friday, December 15. Marion will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Wildkats come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 52-23 non-league loss to Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN).
