California High School Basketball - University Prep Academy nips Mt. Pleasant
December 12, 2023: San Jose, CA 95125 University Prep Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Mt. Pleasant Cardinals (San Jose, CA), 38-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, University Prep Academy upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Mountain View Academy (Mountain View, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Mountain View Academy won 37-6 in their recent league bout against Mid-Peninsula (Menlo Park, CA)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Basis Independent Silicon Valley Bobcats (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 49-25 non-league loss to Eastside College Prep (East Palo Alto, CA).
