The Piper Bengals basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Stranahan Mighty Dragons to 5 in the Bengals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bengals now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dillard for a 6A District 14 contest on Wednesday, December 13. Piper will meet a Panthers team coming off a 60-35 non-league win over Flanagan (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.

The Mighty Dragons (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against South Broward (Hollywood, FL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, South Broward triumphed over Nova (Davie, FL), 68-33, in a league contest.
