With the victory, Walters improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Elmore City-Pernell (Elmore City, OK) to confront the Badgers in a Oilfield challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Badgers come into the challenge with a record of 4-4.
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Velma-Alma Comets (Velma, OK) in a Oilfield test, on Thursday, December 14. Ringling will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Comets go into the test with a 0-4 record after their 34-23 non-league loss to Waurika (Waurika, OK).
