Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Independence Patriots (Glendale, AZ) and the host Cactus Shadows Falcons (Cave Creek, AZ), saw Independence's basketball squad hold off Cactus Shadows by a tally of 32-30.

With the victory, Independence improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign.

Next up, the Falcons confront the Flagstaff Eagles (Flagstaff, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 13. Cactus Shadows will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
