California High School Soccer - Bellflower knocks off San Gabriel
December 12, 2023: Bellflower, CA 90706 Bellflower Buccaneers (Bellflower, CA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting San Gabriel Matadors (San Gabriel, CA), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Buccaneers confront the Orange Glen Patriots (Escondido, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Bellflower will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Valley Center (Valley Center, CA).
The Matadors now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Artesia for a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. San Gabriel will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Savanna (Anaheim, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 6-1.
